Custom Programming Software for Sea Grant Programs

Oregon State University intends to contract for a Custom Programming Software for all OSU Sea Grant Programs from Ecsion Inc. as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of services and based on the supplier being the single provider of the services. Program must be used for reporting, proposals, data collection, budgeting, administration and more for Sea Grants and must be customizable for each program. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
