Custom Outfitting for Utility Vehicle

The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner , (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Custom Outfitting for Utility Vehicle . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.

Contract funded by 2023 Homeland Security Grant.

The County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner's department in Santa Ana, California was the recipient of the Fiscal Year 2023 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) from Federal Homeland Security, established via Section 2002 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (Pub. L. No. 107-296, as
amended) (6 U.S.C. § 603). The equipment will be utilized to transport equipment throughout the county. The intent of the purchase of this equipment is to install outlets, lighting, proper shelving and storage into the county vehicle. This grant project will require all items to be delivered, installed and paid by May 14, 2026 to ensure meeting the grant submittal deadline of August 31, 2026; NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE ALLOWED
