The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit interested parties, for the purpose of entering into an contract in procuring a Brand name or Equal to Cryolabel for the Laboratory Division. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. All quotes shall be FOB Destination Shipping to Quantico, VA 22135. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns. Any quote submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. Contractor shall be registered as a small business on SAM.gov and active at time of quotation submission.

This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov website (www.SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 32220 – Paper Bag and Coated and Treated Paper Manufacturing the size standard is 11 million is a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Travis Haefler via email only at thaefler@fbi.gov, no later than 5:00pm CST/4:00pm EST on Friday, May 09, 2025.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
