Custom Dual-Chamber Drywell System for Groundwater Research

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a custom-built dual-chamber drywell system from Torrent Resources as a sole source due to the required compatibility with existing research designs and the supplier’s unique ability to fabricate the system in a specific time frame. The selected system must meet minimum specifications including dual chambers with multiple design alterations tailored to the researcher's specifications. Installation must occur by November 18, 2025 to meet funding and seasonal data collection deadlines. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by November 4, 2025 at 3:30 PM PST.
