You are hereby invited by College Station Independent School District (CSISD) to submit a proposal for RFP 26-012 Custom Clothing, Apparel, and Promotional Products.
This bid will replace RFP#22-012. Any vendors currently awarded RFP#22-012 MUST respond to this bid in order to remain on the awarded vendor list.
Proposals will be accepted in an electronic format with the District’s Online e-Bid System until 10:30 AM CST on April 23, 2026. Click link to access online bidding site https://collegestationisd.ionwave.net/HomePage.aspx We highly recommend completing your response online, as it assures accuracy for both the buyer and supplier.
It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendums relating to this bid opportunity.
All questions must be submitted on the "Questions" tab within the online bid.
The District reserves the right to reject any/all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the CSISD and to waive any formalities in the Request for Proposal process.
