Custom Argo float platform
Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a custom Argo float platform for sensor integration and prototyping from MRV Systems LLC as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the goods being compatible with existing equipment. Platform must be compatible with OSU's SHS prototype and requires integration with the RBR duo CTD sensor and data logger, which are already embedded in the MRV ALTO float. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
