Custodial Vendor Managed Inventory, Custodial Equipment Repair & Misc Custodial Support Services

Proposals from Custodial Program ¿ Equipment Services, Vendor Managed Inventory Services & Misc. Custodial Support Services will be received by the Barrow County Board of Education (the ¿Owner¿) at the Professional Development Center located at 179 W. Athens Street, Winder, Ga. 30680 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday January 13, 2026 for all labor, materials and services necessary for Custodial Program ¿ Equipment Services, Vendor Managed Inventory Services & Misc. Custodial Support Services. Proposals submitted after the date and time noted above will not be opened.
Project description: Custodial Program ¿ Equipment Services, Vendor Managed Inventory Services & Misc. Custodial Support Services Annual Contract for all Barrow County School System properties.
Proposal instructions and documents will be available Wednesday December 10, 2025 via email request to greg.webb@barrow.k12.ga.us.
A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the Professional Development Center located at 179 W. Athens Street, Winder, Ga. 30680 at 1:30 PM Thursday December 11, 2025.
The contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. The contract will be awarded at the BOE Meeting on May 05, 2026. The company awarded the contract must be able to begin necessary preparation work on May 12, 2026 for contract services beginning on July 01, 2026. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after proposal opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
