Custodial Supplies Catalog Discount Bid

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The School Board of Brevard County, Florida , henceforth referred to as the District or School Board is accepting sealed responses for Custodial Supplies Catalog Discount Bid ( 27-0100-B-JD ).

Project Overview

This bid seeks multiple vendors to supply custodial products on an as-needed basis through a discount catalog program. Vendors will be evaluated based on a fixed percentage discount applied to their current published catalog or online pricing, with the goal of achieving the lowest net cost for the District. The discount must apply across all items unless specific exclusions are clearly identified in the bid submission. Vendors using online pricing must provide the website address and any required login credentials, while vendors using electronic catalogs must submit their catalog information. All submitted catalogs must clearly identify the company name, discount offered, any exclusions, and the contact information for the vendor's representative.

The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is 5:00 pm on Friday, September 18, 2026 .

Sealed responses for furnishing the above will be accepted up to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 .

NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers.

Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-Procurement Platform shall be rejected.
