A ll bids will be evaluated promptly following the opening. Bid results will not be shared by phone or prior to the official award. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the stated closing deadline. However, once submitted, no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the submission deadline. |
