The Winston-Salem / Forsyth County Utilities Commission is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at the Utilities Field Operations office facility at 1550 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Building 101 Winston-Salem, NC 27107

Special Requirements:

Contractors interested in submitting a proposal for these services MUST schedule and perform a pre-proposal site visit to each location so as to familiarize themselves with the scope of work involved.

Site visits will be available on Tuesday, August 18th from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM and on Wednesday, August 19th from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Interested contractors may visit either day but MUST make a site visit to be eligible to bid on the project.
