SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT CITY HALL, POLICE STATION, LIBRARY, DPW COMPLEX, MECHANICS GARAGE, AND MUNICIPAL COURT CITY OF ST. CLAIR SHORES

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, as owner, until 10:30 am, prevailing time, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk, 27600 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081 at which time said proposals will be opened and read. A mandatory walk-through will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, and will begin at 9:00 am at City Hall.

The City of St. Clair Shores seeks proposals for the following:

CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT EIGHT (6) MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS FOR A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD.
