Custodial Services

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Custodial Services to Georgia Southern University by and on behalf of the University System of Georgia (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
This solicitation will result in a non-personal services contract to provide custodial services for Georgia Southern (GS) University on all campuses to include, Statesboro, Savannah, Hinesville, and Swainsboro. To be performed in administrative, academic, athletic spaces, residence halls as well as dining facilities. The initial contract will be for (1) year with (4) optional renewals.
