Sealed Proposals for RFP# 25-019 Custodial Services will be received by the Clerk of the Township of Macomb (OWNER), 54111 Broughton Road, Macomb, Michigan 48042, until 10:00 AM on June 4, 2025, at which time the Proposals will be publicly opened. This project will be evaluated on a qualification-based selection process. Each proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its Professional Qualifications with Similar Projects, Proposed Work Plan, Schedule, and Cost Proposal. As such, Proposal prices will not be read at Proposal opening.
Mandatory Walk through: Friday May 16, 2025, at 10:00AM at the Rec. Center
Question Acceptance Deadline: May 23, 2025
