Description
Project Description: West Whiteland Township is seeking a contractor to furnish custodial services for the Township Building and Public Works Garage. Services will include routine tasks and procedures carried out to remove dirt, stains, spots, streaks, and soil, from surfaces and fixtures. General cleaning will include, but not limited to, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping non-carpeted floors, hallways and stairwells, vacuuming carpets, dusting and polishing surfaces, and emptying waste and recycling containers. The term of the contract will be from August 1st through July 31st for two (2) years 2025 & 2026 and a renewable third (3) year for 2027
