Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals (except Government furnished property, if any) and supervision necessary to provide custodial/janitorial services. This Custodial/Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, office and administrative spaces/offices, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, and lobbies as per the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $22M.
