Overview

Summary

The Contractor shall provide custodial and graffiti removal at all areas within the RTD light rail stations listed in this Scope of Work, unless specifically excluded ("Facilities"). The Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the requirements in this Scope of Work ("Services"). The Contractor shall submit a monthly invoice for the Services at the Facilities.

Background

The main objective of these custodial services is to maintain RTD sites and their surrounding areas to be clean and safe for patrons. A Custodial Plan, Graffiti Plan, Quality Control Plan, and a Staffing Plan are required to be submitted with your proposal that addresses these requirements. A final version of these Plans shall be approved by RTD prior to award and incorporated into the Contract.
