Custodial Cleaning Services – Lawrence City Hall

The City of Lawrence invites sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Custodial Cleaning Services for City Hall, located at 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA, for a three (3) year contract term.

CUSTODIAL CLEANING SERVICES

The selected proposer shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and services necessary to maintain City Hall in a clean, sanitary, and professional condition.

RFP Available: Monday, May 4, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. on the City of Lawrence website: www.cityoflawrence.com/bids

Mandatory Walkthrough: Monday, May 11th, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.

Proposals Due: Monday, May 18, 2026 by 10:00 A.M.

Proposers shall submit one (1) original, four (4) copies of the technical proposal, and one (1) separately sealed envelope marked Price Proposal.

The contract shall be awarded to the proposer deemed most advantageous, taking into consideration the evaluation criteria and price, pursuant to M.G.L. c.30B.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, or cancel this solicitation if deemed in the best interest of the City.
