West Memphis School District Request for Proposal for Custodial Cleaning Services
The West Memphis School District is accepting proposals from interested parties for Custodial Cleaning Services. This contract shall be for a period of one year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.
This request does not commit the District to award a contract, pay any costs incurred in preparing a proposal, or procure or contract for services. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any or all qualified Contractors, to waive any non-material irregularities or informalities in any proposal, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this request for proposal, if it is in the best interest of the District.
A bid packet may be requested, and questions may be submitted beginning on Monday, 30 March 2026.

Walkthroughs will be conducted by scheduled appointment the week of 6 April 2026.
Contractors should not contact the Superintendent, School Board of Education members, or other school employees concerning this bid proposal until the final resolution of the bidding and awarding process. Any such contact may result in bid disqualification.
Firms may submit one original and seven copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope clearly labeled:

Proposals must be submitted to the address listed above, no later than Friday, 27 April 2026, at 2:00 p.m. An official authorized to bind the firm shall sign the proposal.
Late or faxed/emailed submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on Tuesday, 5 May 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the WMSD Administration Office at 301 South Avalon, West Memphis, AR 72301.
