Summary

The City of Milpitas ("City") is seeking bids from qualified vendors in response to this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") for exploratory work to determine the extent of the leak from the recycled water main at the terminus of Curtis Avenue, in the utility easement adjacent to the UPRR and BART railroad tracks behind Flex, Inc. at 777 Gibraltar Dr. Work includes all site preparation, excavation, preservation of existing utilities, shoring, cutting of recycled water line (revocable), installation of isolation valve (revocable), backfilling, pavement restoration and all miscellaneous work as detailed in the Contract documents.
