Sealed Bids for CONTRACTS 2026: CURED IN PLACE PIPE LINING will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 2:00 PM on January 28, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Project includes prevailing wage rates. A bid deposit and Payment & Performance bonds are required. This is a City funded project. The City of Northampton will award this contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
