Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Stormwater Pipe Rehabilitation (Re-Bid)

Pinellas County Public Works is looking for a qualified contractor to provide Cured-In-Place-Pipelining (CIPP) construction services. Pinellas County has a commitment to rehabilitating its stormwater infrastructure and sanitary sewer infrastructure. CIPP is a major component to achieving that goal.

The County has approximately 6 miles of corrugated metal pipes and numerous other reinforced concrete pipes in the stormwater system and vitrified clay pipe and ductile iron pipe in the sanitary sewer system that need lining as well. CIPP is a cost-effective method of pipe rehabilitation without the need for open cut methods.
