Bid # 25-02 CURBSIDE SOLID WASTE PUBLIC TRASH RECEPTACLES, THE "BASKET ROUTE" AND DISPOSAL

NOTE:

It Is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.

Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the City of Englewood, delivered to the Municipal Clerk,150 Kennedy Road, Tranquility, NJ 07879 PRIOR to the electronic bid opening.

The City of Englewood does not release the project estimate.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and

N.J.A.C. 17:27.
