In accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) procedure, Sonoma County Junior College District "District" dba Santa Rosa Junior College "SRJC" is soliciting vendor submissions to be included on the 2026 CUPCCAA Qualified Contractor List for upcoming public works projects within the CUPCCAA limits. Refer to the attached application instructions to complete and submit the application. All submissions must be done utilizing the District's electronic bid portal - no hard copy, emailed or faxed responses will be accepted.
Dates of Legal Notice advertised in the Press Democrat: 11/14/2025 and 11/21/2025.
Trade journals notified via US mail: BidNet, Dodge Data & Analytics, North Coast Builders Exchange, Marin Builders Association, and Placer County Contractors Association & Builders Exchange.
Deadline for Questions: Monday, December 8, 2025, end of business day 5 pm (PST). Questions must be submitted via email to Jessica Lofgren - Coordinator, Purchasing at jlofgren@santarosa.edu. If necessary, an addendum will be issued containing questions and answers by Friday, December 12, 2025.
The deadline to submit responses is Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 1 pm (PST).
All items marked with a red * are mandatory. The system times-out at the deadline.
Sonoma County Junior College utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and the Press Democrat (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/) for notification of solicitation opportunities. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all information received by sources other than those listed.
Public Records: Except for materials deemed Trade Secrets (as defined in California Civil Code §3426.1) and materials specifically marked “Confidential” or “Proprietary,” all materials submitted in response to the Application are deemed property of the District. The foregoing notwithstanding, the District may reject for non-responsiveness a Response to the Application which indiscriminately notes that its Response to the Application or portions thereof are “Trade Secret” “Confidential” or “Proprietary” and exempt from disclosure as a public record. The District is not liable or responsible for the disclosure of Responses to the Application, or portions thereof, deemed to be public records, including those exempt from disclosure if disclosure is by law, by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or which occurs through inadvertence, mistake or negligence on the part of the District or its agents or representatives. If the District is required to defend or otherwise respond to any action or proceeding wherein request is made for the disclosure of the contents of any portion of a Response to the Application deemed exempt from disclosure hereunder, by submitting a Response to the Application, each Respondent agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the District in any action or proceeding from and against any liability, including without limitation attorneys’ fees arising there from. The party submitting materials sought by any other party shall be solely responsible for the cost and defense in any action or proceeding seeking to compel disclosure of such materials; the District’s sole involvement in any such action shall be that of a stakeholder, retaining the requested materials until otherwise ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Please Note: The District will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 27, 2025 through November 28, 2025 and Winter break from December 25, 2025 through January 4, 2026, reopening on January 5, 2026.
