NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:30PM, September 10, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Cummins & Varner New Bar Screens and Pump Station located in Gould, AR for the Arkansas Department of Corrections. PR #4802604R
There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Conference. The State reserves the right to schedule future meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: Digital copies of the bid documents are available at http://www.mce.us.com for a fee of $22. These documents may be downloaded by selecting this project from the “Current Bids” link and be entering Quest Project Number 10332309 on the “Browse Projects” page. For assistance and free membership registration, contact QuestCDN at (952) 233-1632 or info@questcdn.com . Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online MCE Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the MCE online plan room to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in the Proposal to verify receipt.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc., Taylor White, 7302 Kanis Rd., Little Rock, AR 72204. (501) 371-0272.
If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
