Description


Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia on behalf of Savannah Technical College to establish a one-time purchase with an authorized responsible supplier(s) who will provide various equipment items for their Culinary Arts Program (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Savannah Technical College Culinary Institute is located at 7 West Bay Street, Savannah, Georgia 31404. The college is seeking to purchase a mixture of new, unused equipment for the restaurant kitchen, café and retail counter, baking and pastry labs and their new demonstration teaching kitchen. Brands are preferred; however, the college will consider an approved equal brand that can meet or exceed the specifications. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the proposed equipment with warranties and FOB delivery to the college.

MANDATORY PREBID VIRTUAL CONFERENCE: TCSG will be hosting a virtual Mandatory Pre-bid Conference at 10:00am EST on March 7, 2024, to discuss the bid specifications associated with this solicitation.
