The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County, also referred to as Anne Arundel County Public Schools or AACPS, is soliciting proposals for the 2026/2027 school year for a comprehensive textbook/curriculum and digital platform for Culinary Arts I, II and III. The text/curriculum should align with ServSafe® and Maryland Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program of Study standards for Culinary Arts to earn the industry recognized ServSafe® Manager credential and enter into the culinary/hospitality industry at an advanced level. AACPS is seeking a program that has a full complement of universally designed learning opportunities as well as necessary accessibility for multilingual and other learners. This program should have a wealth of primary sources and authentic writing opportunities for teachers to implement.
