Cul-de-sac Reconstruction Project

Ottumwa, IA

Project Description

This project will consist of the full depth PCC reconstruction of 6 cul-de-sacs along with segments of the approach streets.  Cul-de-sacs on Casa Blanca Lane, Sussex Place, Asbury Circle, Gladstone Circle, Silverwood Drive, and Kingsley Drive will be reconstructed.

10% Bid Deposit

100% Performance and Payment Bond

Bid Deadline

August 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm (Central Time)

City Clerk's Office – Train Depot Building

210 W. Main St, Ottumwa, IA 52501

Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the 2:00 pm deadline in Conference Room 8B on the second floor.

Project Start Date:  October 1, 2025

Project Completion:  August 31, 2026

Liquidated Damages:  $200.00 per day

Engineer's Opinion of Cost:  $775,000.00
