Place of Performance:
The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East has a requirement to purchase Gravel, NPS, Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, CUGA in the Maintenance Shop located at 91 Bartlett Park Road in Middlesboro, KY, 40965. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025.

The Government contemplates the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price Contract using the best value ¿ Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.
