STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified tax professional to provide tax preparation services for individuals under conservatorship with the Yolo County Public Guardian who serves as the court-appointed conservator for Yolo County residents who are severely disabled and lack capacity to manage their own affairs of person and estate. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis per scope of work as outlined in this RFQ.

Proposers who submit a response to this RFQ must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFQ.
