CTC Purchase, Removal and Install Sliding Gate

Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier who can furnish all of the materials, installation and labor for a safe, secure and easy operation sliding gate system for their property located at the Aviation Training Academy. SafeGlide is the preferred product, however the college is open to an approved equivalent product. Contractor must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the proposed product and must provide project management to include pre-installation services, on-site installation, integration, and set-up of all components to ensure the scope of work is met with all specifications. Contractor must upload an itemized quote, photos and manufacturers data sheet that provide detailed specifications for their proposed gate system. The data sheet must identify a brand name and model number for the product offered. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Chattahoochee Technical College (CTC) will be hosting a Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Aviation Training Academy on March 26, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. EST to discuss and provide more details about the scope of work associated with the sliding gate system project. The meeting will be held in the lobby. Bidders should review the eRFQ Instructions document, Scope of Work, and any associated documents attached to the bid event in Team Georgia Marketplace prior to attending the meeting and come prepared to ask questions about the required services.
