The Connecticut Innovation Advisory Council (IAC) is pleased to announce that Cycle 4 of the Innovative Energy Solutions (IES) Program is now accepting Phase I applications. This Cycle's theme is Residential Affordability , which focuses on cost-effective, reliable energy solutions that ease financial burdens for households. Projects in this theme will showcase equitable access to innovative grid technologies and pricing models that keep energy affordable for all residential customers. Both Connecticut-based and out-of-state innovators (who obtain authorization to practice business in Connecticut) may apply, provided they fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
There is no limit to the number of projects an applicant may to the IES Program, and each project application will be evaluated against the Eligibility and Project Selection criteria.
Submit the Phase 1 application via Beacon Bid . Beacon Bid does not save drafts, so we recommend writing your responses into the attached Word document and copying them into Beacon Bid when ready to submit.
