Coppin State University intends to contract with a qualified contractor to provide Shuttle Transportation services to operate and manage two categories of scheduled shuttle services.
• Off-Campus Shuttle Service: Scheduled shuttle transportation between CSU Main Campus and designated CSU housing locations for residential students and partner locations.
• Eagle Campus Shuttle: Scheduled on-campus shuttle service utilizing University-owned vehicles serving internal campus mobility routes.

The goal of this contract is to ensure safe, reliable, student-centered transportation services that align with Coppin State University’s mission of improving accessibility, fostering student engagement, and supporting timely access to academic and campus resources through efficient and transparent shuttle operations. The University is particularly concerned with providing enough shuttles to serve peak ridership.
