Description


Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Salary and Compensation Analysis to the Columbus State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Columbus State University will award a single supplier to work with an internal team to provide a total compensation system that facilitates recruitment and retention. The objective is to create a credible comprehensive study that includes: an analysis, evaluation, and updates to the staff salary ranges commensurate with assigned duties;  establishment of a classification strategy for all academic and administrative faculty; a clear outline of compensation growth; provide justifiable pay differential between individual classes;  maintain currency with relevant labor markets.
The selected supplier will work with the internal team to assess its goals and recommend appropriate methodologies for achieving those goals. The selected supplier must be prepared to guide the university through these decisions, remaining sensitive to university goals and resources. Once this process is complete, the selected supplier will assist in presenting the project plan to the university leadership.
