Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



75H0925Q-CSU-015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.



The Billings Area Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for Mobile Mammography Services for the Crow / Northern Cheyenne Hospital (CNCH) in Crow Agency, Montana. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Products & Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products
