REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Purchasing Department ofthe Galveston Independent School District will receive Request for Proposalsfor CS RFP 2024-25-009 Disaster Restoration and RecoveryServices at the Administrative Offices, Galveston Independent SchoolDistrict, 3904 Ave T, Galveston, Texas 77550. Proposals will be accepted in thePurchasing Department until Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM (CST), atwhich time only the names of the participating vendors will be read aloud.

During the evaluation of theproposals, all information remains confidential until award of the contract bythe Galveston ISD Board of Trustees. Theevaluation criteria specified in the proposal documents will be used todetermine which will be selected. Galveston ISD reserves the right to request post-proposal modifications,including best and final offers. Galveston Independent School District reserves the right to accept orreject any or all Proposals, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the Proposal(s)that is determined to be the most favorable to GISD.
