NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
1.
Receipt of this Addendum shall be acknowledged on the Proposal Form. Failure
to do so may subject Proposers to disqualification. Each Proposer shall make
necessary adjustments and submit his proposal with full knowledge of all
modifications, clarifications, and supplemental data included therein.
2.
This Addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and shall be incorporated
integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplemental data differ
from those of previously issued documents, this Addendum shall govern.
3.
The following Contract Documents have been issued to date delineating the
Work (Project). Contract Documents dated: January 6, 2026

This Addendum consists of 3 typewritten pages and no page of attachments for a
total of 3 pages.

QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS
Comments from preproposal Meeting:
1.
Procurement Method
Is this project being administered through a cooperative purchasing agreement
(CO-OP)? If so, please specify which cooperative applies.
RESPONSE: CSP only
2.
Clock Systems
Should the existing locker-room clocks be reallocated as part of this project, or
should new clocks be included in our proposal?
RESPONSE: Yes, new clocks installed at existing locations four total.

Are delay-of-game clocks required as part of the project scope?
RESPONSE: Yes, replace clocks at existing location.
3.
Video and Replay Systems
Should our proposal include any cameras and/or a four-channel replay
capability?
RESPONSE: Yes, include at least 3 cameras and 4 channel replay system.
4.
Audio System
Is a new audio system included within the project scope, or should it be excluded
from our proposal?
RESPONSE: Yes, a new audio system is to be included.
5.
Audible Signaling, should a horn be included as part of the proposed system?
RESPONSE: Yes, horn should be provided
6.
Are bids to include all necessary electrical and fiber upgrades? The CSP doc on
page 11 says “Removal/replacement of current scoreboard and electrical
upgrades to support new board” but Project specs on page 115 say “All power
distribution from the disconnect to the sign to be provided by the owner. The
Contractor is responsible for all power distribution inside the LED” and on page
108 “Any necessary signal/control conduit and cable raceways for cable runs to
and from display components will be provided by others. All fiber to be provided
by the Contractor.
RESPONSE: All electrical work is shown in the contract documents and to
be provided. Reference Sheets: E01, E1.0, E2.0, All power distribution is to
be provided in this contract. Electrical. All power distribution from the
disconnect to the sign to be provided by THIS CONTRACTOR. The
Contractor is responsible for all power distribution inside the LED display
as required.
7.
Our original bid, prior to the release of the CSP, included: Delay of Game Clocks,
Sound System, Backlit Truss above the display with speaker mesh, (4) cameras
(3 wireless and 1 wired). I did not see those items listed in any of the documents.
Are any of those listed items to be provided in the bid?
RESPONSE: Yes, all video and audio equipment, and game clocks are to be
provided as per original proposal.
8.
We originally provided a bid on the Natatorium LED display. I just want to confirm
that is not part of the scope. If it is not, is there a plan to release another CSP for
that project?
RESPONSE: The Natatorium is not part of this CSP scope.
