Description
Project Description: Austin Independent School District (“AISD”) is seeking a contractor to provide Mechanical, Electrical and roofing repair at Patton Elementary School located at 6001 Westcreek Dr, Austin, TX 78749. AISD shall have the right under the contract to assess liquidated damages for and not limited to performance and schedule delays beyond substantial completion.
Budget: $ 1,600,000.00
Estimated start of work date: February 2027
Estimated substantial completion date: dependent on Board Approval date.
