• Provide a new HVAC system for the Hobby-Eberly Telescope located at the McDonald Observatory in Fort Davis, Texas. Scope includes new air-cooled chillers, pumps, air handlers, electrical equipment, and associated controls, supports, and appurtenances for the new HVAC system.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $3,500,000.00 to $4,000,000.00.

• *Second Site Visit: Meet at the HET Building at 28 Mt Fowlkes Rd, Fort Davis, TX 79734 and meet at the main entrance. This is for the “On-site tour”.
