The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows:

• Jackson Geological Sciences Building (JGB)
• The scope of work requested is to replace the existing low slope roof systems at (JGB) JACKSON GEOLOGICAL SCIENCE BUILDING with a 20-year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen roof system, fully adhered to a cover board with insulation and vapor
  barrier adhered to concrete deck areas. The scope of work also includes removal of the clay tile roof area for the installation of new insulation and waterproofing membrane. MEP modifications and access/site modifications are required as a part of work scope. The work also includes the replacement of mechanical equipment, waterproofing and capping parapet walls, installation of new roof access, installation of new safety railing and cleaning of the exterior cladding.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $3,000,000.00 to $3,800,000.00.
