Solicitation Description:

The scope of work requested is to replace the existing low slope gravel roof with a modified bitumen roof system at (FAC) PETER T. FLAWN ACADEMIC CENTER and adjacent auditorium with a 20 – year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen roof system, fully adhered to a cover board with insulation and vapor barrier adhered to concrete. MEP modifications and access/site modifications are required as part of this work. The work also includes the replacement of skylights, penthouse windows, lightning protection, and concrete canopy structure resurfacing as shown in the project documents.
