Notice is hereby given that the City of Seabrook is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the following:

2024-17-342: SEASCAPE WATER LINE

Sealed bid packets will be received until 2 p.m. on January 30, 2025, at Seabrook City Hall, Attention: Rebecca Howton, Purchasing Coordinator, 1700 1st Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. CSBs must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Coordinator before the aforementioned time, after which time all qualified packets will be opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall.  No late CSBs will be accepted. CSB documents may be obtained from the City’s website at www.seabrooktx.gov , the Purchasing Department at City Hall, or by email to the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton .

CSBs may also be viewed and submitted electronically through Public Purchase . To submit an CSB electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase , and then CSB 2024-17-342 can be accessed for electronic submission. Electronic CSBs must be submitted before the 2 p.m. deadline on January 30, 2025. Please visit the Public Purchase website to register or log in with Public Purchase . CSB documents may also be obtained upon payment of $75 (non-refundable) at the office of the Engineer, Cobb, Fendley & Associates, inc., 1920 Country Place Parkway, Suite 400, Pearland, TX 77584, with checks made payable to the City of Seabrook or at www.civcastusa.com without charge.  A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Seabrook City Hall, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, TX 77586, on January 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. All prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend.

The City of Seabrook reserves the right to reject any and all CSBs and to waive any informality in CSBs received. The City of Seabrook pays for goods and services according to the provision of Chapter 2251 of the Government Code. The award of the CSB:2024-17-342 SEASCAPE WATER LINE contract is scheduled for consideration by Seabrook City Council, at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 4, 2025, at Seabrook City Hall, 1700 1st Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586.
