CSB Number 2025-03- Landscaping Services

OFFICAL NOTICE

The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is accepting sealed bids for the landscaping services to be performed at various City facilities and right of ways.

Sealed bids shall be addressed to Project Manager, City of Tomball, 501 James Street, Tomball, Texas 77375 and shall be labeled “CSB Number 2025-03 – “Landscaping Services”, “DO NOT OPEN”.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, November 21, 2024.

A pre-bid conference will be hosted on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CST, to familiarize bidders with the goals for this project. The information for the pre-bid will be included in the information and specifications and any addendums will be sent to all parties known to have received the bid package. The pre-bid conference is not mandatory.

Upon consideration of the qualifications submitted, the City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any submittal, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the service(s) required and covered by the specifications, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid.

During the period between the Request for Proposal, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests.  Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal submittal.
