CSA-6 DSID 19516 Pipe Removal Project

The County of Yolo is requesting bids from qualified Contractors to provide CSA-6 DSID 19516 Pipe Removal Services per specifications outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

This project is also subject to the State of California, Department of Water Resources grant requirements.

Bidders who submit a response to this IFB must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements, including General Terms and Conditions contained in this IFB .

All questions regarding this IFB are to be directed to Karen Kawelmacher in the “Question & Answer,” section of this solicitation.  Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify potential bidder.  The County is not responsible for any oral or written interpretations from any other person.

A pre-mandatory bid conference is scheduled for March 3, 2026 @ 10:00am at the project site located at the Sycamore Slough right bank levee and State Route 45. Street parking is available nearby along 4th Street and Oak Grove Avenue.
