A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10 AM on 4/9/25 near Edge Cliff Dr, N. Grass Valley Rd, and Brentwood Dr, Lake Arrowhead. A second will be at 10 AM on 4/16/25 at same location. Contractors must attend one of the two.

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes: pulverizing 4,400 LF of existing asphalt roadway. Then, grade, shape, compact and pave with compacted HMA, adjust existing valve cans and sewer manholes/clean-outs to grade, including sweeping, clean up, traffic control and all other work necessary to satisfactorily complete this project as shown on the Bid Docs, including Specs and Project Exhibits.
