Sealed Bids for the construction of the Part 1: System No. 2 – 800 GPM Well No. 3, Part 2: Water Supply Line Installation, Part 3: Electrical Wiring, Equipment & Controls will be received by President and Board Members of East Lowndes Water Association, Inc., at the office of East Lowndes Water Association, Inc. located at 1325 Ridge Road, P.O. Box 9190, Columbus, MS 39705, until 10:00 a.m. local time on August 18, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Alternatively, bids may be submitted electronically through www.neel-schafferplans.com by registering for an account. Please contact Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193 with questions regarding website registration and online orders.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Neel-Schaffer, Inc.; 7085 Highway 45 North Alternate, P.O. Drawer 1078; West Point, MS 39773. Prospective Bidders shall be provided construction plans and technical specifications as, an invitation to bid Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, or a combination thereof, as desired. Bidders submitting a bid on parts that require subcontracted work shall attached a list of all Subcontractors that will be used to support completion of Work for each Part.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
