Church St, Bartow, FL 33830. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow at Crystal Lake Park, located at 2500 North Crystal Lake Drive, Lakeland, FL 33801. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
