Crump Press Box Renovation - Construction Manager-at-Risk Services CMAR

Alief Independent School District (AISD or the District) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk Services from qualified proposers. The selected proposer will provide consultation during the design phase and will serve as the general contractor for the Crump Press Box Renovation, located at 12321 High Star Dr, Houston, TX 77072.

Proposers must register and log in to access proposal information. Each proposer is required to submit one original and two copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope. Hard copies of proposals will only be accepted at AISD’s Purchasing Office, located at 12102 High Star, Second Floor, Houston, TX 77072, by the deadline of March 20, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (CDT). Proposals will be publicly opened at that time. To ensure timely delivery of proposals, it is highly recommended that ample time is allowed for mailing. Please note that no faxed, emailed, electronic, or late proposals will be accepted. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for February 26, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Alief ISD Maintenance Building, 12135 High Star, Houston, TX 77072.
