Crownpoint Healthcare Facility - Invitro Diagnostics, reagents, test kits, and test sets for the Echo Lumeana Blood Bank System

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Immucor Inc to provide reagents, test kits and test sets for use with the Echo Lumena Blood Bank System.

The estimated Period of Performance will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Immucor Inc. in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a) Orders or BPAs exceeding the micro-purchase threshold based on a limited sources justification. Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Immucor Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 3:00 PM MST on Monday, November25, 2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
