The City of South Portland (the “City”) is seeking technical proposals

for engineering services to develop a preliminary (30%) roadway design

engineering plan set for a new “Crosstown Connector” roadway between

Main Street and Highland Avenue along and extending from Rumery Street.

(RFP# 22-25) will be received electronically by the South Portland

time, February 18, 2025 and then said office will post them to our

Purchasing website. Proposals submitted after this time will not be

accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject

line clearly states “CROSSTOWN CONNECTOR (RFP# 22-25)”.
