Cross Connection Control Surveys

The City of Framingham (‘City), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform Cross Connection Control Surveys as part of the City’s Cross Connection Control Program, which protects the City’s water distribution system. All work shall be in compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection’s 310 CMR 22.22 Regulations. During the contract period the contractor will be required to adopt any new requirements put in place by the Department of Environmental Protection and comply with them.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday,  January 21, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
